We remove the approved furniture, appliances, household contents, boxes, garage items, storage contents, and other belongings that will not be moving to the new residence. Our crew handles the lifting, loading, hauling, and responsible disposal included in the estimate. 

The family or authorized representative should identify and separate anything being kept, moved, sold, donated separately, or reviewed by another person before removal begins. We remove only the items included in the approved project scope. 

Donation may be considered when items are suitable and a local organization is willing to accept them. Donation acceptance is not guaranteed, and the cleanout remains a paid service. 

No. Trotter Site Services provides cleanout and removal services. We do not pack belongings or transport items to the new residence as a moving company unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise. 

Often, yes. An adult child or other authorized representative may coordinate photographs, access, project approval, and payment remotely. Authorization and arrangements must be confirmed before work begins. 

Pricing considers the volume and type of contents, labor, access, stairs, weight, carrying distance, transportation, disposal requirements, property location, and overall project difficulty.
