Trotter Site Services is a locally owned cleanout and junk removal company based in West Tennessee. We specialize in estate cleanouts, senior transitions, rental turnovers, realtor property cleanups, and bulk item removal for homeowners, families, and property professionals across Madison County, Fayette County, Hardeman County, and select East Shelby County communities.
We understand that many of our clients are going through significant life transitions — the loss of a loved one, a parent moving into assisted living, a property that needs to be cleared before sale.
